I would rather not lose to either, but if I had to pick one I would begrudgingly take the Vandy loss too.

I'm not ashamed of BAMA getting beaten by a team that devised and executed a perfect game aided by timely penalties and turnovers.

I didn't say the penalties shouldn't have been called. BAMA committed penalties at times that helped Vandy. True statement.
TOs were timely too. One put Vandy up 13 and the other led to a TD that put Vandy up 12 after BAMA forced Vandy into a FG in the previous possession.

Vandy had two takeaways. They held Bammer to I think 17 first downs to their 26. They stopped Bammer when they needed stops.
