Anything prior to 1996 wasn't against the Big 12. How hard is that for your thick skull to understand.
You understand there were many more power conferences prior to all the conference realignment right?
If you can't manage to take criticism for a flawed spreadsheet, then don't post it.

Well put never for anyone in the SEC that didn't play a Big 12 team prior to 1996. Then recalculate. Seems most teams have played a Big 12 team since 1996 though.

Flaws it even more so.
By that, you're saying playing Nebraska, Oklahoma, Colorado, during the Big 8 years isn't included.
The SWC was still considered a major conference until it's last year in 1995 because of Texas being a member along with Texas Tech and TCU.
So basically, this table proves nothing on the merit of how each league member has scheduled, or the toughness of their schedule over the course of time.

tech and TCU definitely aren't the reason why the SWC was considered a major conference
texas, a&m, and Arkansas did that. then you had some of the smaller programs make their own runs like UH or SMU

Only until recently have there only been 4 major leagues.
Prior to 1996....SEC, Big East, SWC, Big 8, PAC 10, Big Ten, ACC
All those leagues won National Championships post 1960 and we're strong football leagues.

Has Arkansas ever played a regular season game where at kickoff the team they were playing was in the ACC, regardless of what conference Arkansas was in at the time of kickoff?

It's not just about Arkansas....Nebraska wasn't in the Big 12 in 1987. Oklahoma State was not in the Big 12 in 1990.
It's all flawed.
You only want to focus on Arkansas because A) You're a leg humper like your sister beaver fever and B) You aren't smart enough to understand the actual flaw.

My guess is that that merely converged Big 8 and SWC teams prior to 1996. You are right, though.
