BAMAMike is the reason the rest of the SEC
feels so strongly about the delusional BAMA
fans.

Sad, but higher percentage are like him - than
the more rational fans.

WRT, that's actually a legitimate post. We have the position to put it together, but not the facilities or the history to really do so. The right coach (if we could find a Saban like LSU did) came around, it's possible.

I'm not holding my breath on that though.

I do think it's easier to win at Lsu than Ole Miss. I also don't think Saban is that special of a recruiter. I think he's got alot of credibilty now b/c he's been in the NFL and also won a National Championship. That does appeal to kids. Lsu made him good but they were a sleeping giant when he got there. He was pretty mediocre in the NFL. Nutt recruited the state of Arkansas as well or better than Saban did Louisana but La has 5x as many players.

I think if both Nutt and Saban went to a foreign land to recruit kids that knew nothing about them and it was equal playing field, Nutt could sell better and evaluate as good.

Not an attempt at flaming, but what I find humurous in this post coming from an Ole Miss fan, is that both of these teams have been representatives of the West in the SECCG since '92 when OM has not.

To say that OM is on the cusp when MSU is not (when they are very close geographically, and getting top MS talent) is a bit remiss, IMO.

Saban hates the Bama fanbase. Guarantee it.

After the refs blew that 2007 home game vs. bama
and people were throwing the trash (and shoes) onto the field
Saban called our fanbase classless

saban doesn't hate any schools fanbase. he certainly doesn't hate bama's. saban may look like he hates things, but (my opinion) he just doesn't know how to relax. he and his wife still have good friends in BR. he's in his mid-50's and personally, i'm worried about him. i know that's a sin on this board, but he's good for the SEC, no matter what some fans say.besides, now that fulmer and tuberville are gone, us LSU fans are rapidly running out of coaches to hate.

I may be young, but I never really hated Fulmer ... except 2005

There's plenty of hate in me for Saban, Meyer, and Nutt
