Alabama pretty clearly will no longer have a monopoly in recruiting. Miami, USC, and the Texas schools are reeling in the 5 stars with much better offers than anything Alabama will be able to offer in the coming years.
The 2023 in Alabama state class is absolutely loaded beyond belief, so Alabama should still be able to pull off a top 5 class, but the days of being #1 or #2 for 10 years straight is long gone.
