And yet most still expect a close game in Tuscaloosa.
When you have a point spread of less than a touchdown, it usually means that the team that makes the fewest amount of mistakes will likely win.
Just going to have to line up and see which team brings the better and cleaner game.

I didn't think LSU would be competitive at all when we played them there 2 years ago. Turned out, LSU was all but assured of winning that game, if not for a wretched performance by Max Johnson that night.

I think they changed their whole defensive scheme for that game because they had nothing to lose.

I am surprised a bama fan would say this...i would think frustrating would be used over fun.
Yall are so accustomed to having an elite qb that having to watch one develop would make it frustrating.
The "fun" indirectly refers to all the close games that Alabama is not accustomed to having, and the "frustrating" applies to the lack of offensive superiority they've exhibited this year.
We give little credit to the 7-1 record The Tide has, and the distinct possibility of finishing the regular season at 11-1 and an SECCG ahead of us.
All this boils down to the fact that we Alabama fans are just spoiled......and we should be!

As most games it will come down to which team can make the fewer mistakes. 99% of the time in a closely matched game a team will lose it as opposed to the other team winning it.

Bama RB's are averaging almost 5 ypc without the sack yardage factored in.
But the sacks hurt and put Bama behind the chains making it harder to convert and continue scoring drives. Many of them are on the QB for taking sacks or running outside his protection and taking sacks. It's frustrating because you can see on multiple occasions he could simply step un in the pocket or step up and run left; however, he either stands there like he's made of marble or runs laterally to the right where there is no chance of making any sort of positive play.

But the 23 Crimson Tide held them to 28.
