Devonta Pollard for Bama Hoops.

Kid played one year and got screwed by his own mother in a way few if any of us could ever imagine.

He went on to overcome it and have a pretty good couple of years at Houston.

There's no way he deserves to be called a bust.

Tony Conner came in rated a 5* safety still hasn't made an impact.. Tre elston was much better.. Xavier Carter another 5* who I thought would see stardom for LSU.Tyron Johnson did not make the ODB impact coaches projected him to..Avery Patterson is another highly rated wr that never made an impact at LSU

Tearing 2 ACLs in non contact ways had something to do with that.

I seem to remember an LSU signee from Florida area, big 5* tackle. Maybe Pettaway? Turned out to be a teddy bear.

Blackmon wasn't better than Foster at anything on a football field.

He's been a good player in his role. Got a sack in the national title game last year. Not his fault that Jon Allen and Dalvin Tomlinson also play his position. He should start next year

I'd replace Morgan Newton with Aaron Boyd. He was a 4-star WR in the 2008 class from Lexington that had all kinds of potential. Could've been the next Keenan Burton at the very least but was an absolute idiot that never cracked the WR rotation.

I think Barrington Edwards was the #5 RB recruit in the nation when he signed for LSU and ended up 5th on the depth chart behind Vincent, Addai, Carey and Broussard.

He transferred to UNC and was never heard from again. He might've even gotten kicked off the team.

He had a couple good years at BAMA. Blind in one eye if I remember correctly.

He got in Tubbs doghouse for whatever reason and never could get out of it. Dude was a straight freak in high school. Played RB, CB, and was kick and punt returner and scored multiple TD's in each role.

I didn't read all six pages, but you can shut this thread down after one name: Albert Means.

He was supposed to be a once in a generation defensive lineman. Irrespective of the recruiting scandal, he flunked out of school and contributed nothing.

He was supposed to be a program changer at Alabama. That he was.
