Don’t know how much talent is returning but I would put Wake in over NC St. I heard they helped create a nickname for another school somewhere in TX.

If you are Syracuse it has to sting to be second banana (at best) to Army. Probably not as much as it stings for Colorado to be behind Air Force though. Ouch!
