Lets see,,,,,if they take USC out of the mix then wasn't it the USA today poll ,Harris,AP,and computers that decided the BCS????? So I think AUBURN would have the most votes(points) in all of those polls........Just saying.... Hey if "uat" claims 1941 anybody can !!!!

I will say this in 1941,,,it was so wrong for the AP to name Washington State 6-4-0 at number 19 over uat at number

The NCAA isn't over the BCS, so they technically wouldn't have to do anything. They have new by-laws for teams on probation, but really it's up to the BCS folks. It could be like the 1984 SEC title. No one was allowed to claim it, after Florida was stripped of it.

I won't even say a word if they awarded it to Auburn. It has lost all of its luster. If they gave it to us then all Auburn should do is have the team recognized at half time or something. But it really doesn't matter.

Are you seriously comparing the two?? You don't see any difference in a team claiming an undefeated season in the SEC with a team claiming a MNC from 1941 in which they finished 20th in the AP poll??
