Don't underestimate Brewster. He has a particular set of skills. Brewster may be the best at flipping/stealing recruits.
He's usually not the lead recruiter on a prospect but if you start to notice his name around one of your schools top recruits, get worried.

A&M still commissions more officers than any other school outside of Army, Naval, and AF Academies. I think it's about half of the Corps ends up going the military route after college.
