In doing so, this forces the state of Louisiana to counter sue.

Folks, this is over and done.

LSU is gone.

So please, enlighten us with how this ends after they’ve named our AG in their suit?

Say it with me....
SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT

Charles Bediako is the former professional player who briefly rejoined the Alabama Crimson Tide men's basketball team.
?After playing for Alabama from 2021 to 2023, Bediako went undrafted in the 2023 NBA Draft and signed a two-way contract with the San Antonio Spurs, playing in the NBA G League for the Austin Spurs, Grand Rapids Gold, and Motor City Cruise.
?In January 2026, Bediako filed a lawsuit against the NCAA to regain college eligibility and was granted a temporary restraining order (TRO), allowing him to rejoin Alabama's active roster. However, the TRO expired in February 2026, and he was denied a motion to finish the NCAA season, leading him to resume his professional career.

I get selective enforcement.

I’m simply pointing out that the addition of our AG almost certainly ensures a countersuit from the state.

LSU remains in the SEC. I'd hate to be around you in actually troubled times. You are a basket case.

Sankey gets Liz’s lady nuts drug right across his face. Dude too fricking stupid to read a rule before he testifies about it. You don’t think this will be easy for a state AG after seeing how lazy and retarded Sankey is?

Are they going to add Sen. Kennedy to the suit after what he said today? This is well past absurd.

Not sure. I’m present battling cancer and raised three children to adulthood.

But please, carry on.

You're overreacting.

Battling cancer doesnt make your concern more legit. But, I am truly sorry about you having cancer. I hope you're winning and doing well.

LSU leaving seems better no matter what happens after. Don’t have to deal with this kind of shite and LSU will come out smelling like a rose while keeping the best coach in football.

Big 12 or ACC - easily the top dog, still have every Louisiana recruit + a national footprint, easier path to playoff

Big 10 - join the best conference in college sports, still have every Louisiana recruit, make more money, easier path to playoff.

Independent - get exclusive media rights deal, still have every Louisiana recruit, play cupcakes for an easier path to the playoff, keep every penny of playoff revenue.

Or, stay in a has been conference that has steadily declined in the NIL era because they can’t hang with other teams buying their recruits while splitting money evenly with Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, etc.,
