SEC in normal year you would've ended the season 9-3 (at best) anyway so I don't know why you guys are crying like you got left out of something. You beat Florida on a last second field goal. That's it. That's your season.

Stop making yourself look like a reverse texag7.

And since you have never been commissioned I would shut my mouth.

Games against ISU/KSU/OSU/TT/BAYLOR just absolutely do not compare against our current schedule in both visibility, atmosphere and tradition. Getting out of the shadow of Texas was huge.

I second EVERYTHING this guy says.

Obviously, you needed money. God knows nothing in Arkansas brings it in.

No one polices me up pop. The fact that you snapped at a harmless comment on an anonymous message board kind of makes me think I’m right though. Keep flying that desk. I salute you from down range.

Wolfhound - thank you for your service. You retired yet? And if not, where are you stationed?

Retire next year. From June ‘81 to May ‘21. It has been an incredible experience that I have been very fortunate to have.

Stationed in the Tampa area.

Fort Benning Georgia for One Station Unit Training (OSUT) as an 11B. I am the ugly, skinny one.

Yes sir. I got to go off those jump towers at a very young age (when I was five). That is about as far back as I can remember.

The swing landing trainer or the actual 250 foot tower?

Next time I go home I will ask my Dad to be sure but it would have been a shorter tower. I do remember being harnessed in, being a kid and all. Are there different kinds of towers?
