This is true for 18 but for 19 jimbo is killing in state recruiting. Tx has a higher star avg than a&m for the 19 class though. In the end you can say both jimbo and tom had a negative effect on lsu recruiting tx which is a good thing. I called it all along in january this would happen and got downvoted by lsu fans.

I don’t care enough to look it up but there is an angle that shows the Tulane QB is down right in front of the goal line.

Was having fun with the Herman reply, but he is the first & only one in the barn with the ‘18 haul.
With national recruiting picking up steam “owning your backyard” isn’t what it once meant. Jumbo can recruit nationally, Herman is a 180 to Mack’s approach (half our class is outta state so far) & OU went a more national approach 5+ years ago.
LSU will always pull from Houston & east Texas like always, but if they get their usual 3-4 studs out if TX I don’t really care.
Having said that Jimbo is gonna recruit very well as witnessed so far, LSU chest bumps are unwarranted & fun troll if anything.

I remember when the addition of Chavis to Aggie Land was the definite demise of LSU Football......
Jimbo was the first Florida St coach in 40 years to leave with a losing record.....and he had plenty of talent.

Jimbo made his name out recruiting a bad acc. Once dabo caught up jimbo couldn't beat him and then Mark down in Miami ran him out of the league. Jimbo cashed out and his best days are behind him. LSU and Auburn will at least recruit with him if not better. Even with the most talented team in the acc the last few years he lost 3 or 4 games and last year he was terrible. No one is scared of jimbo. Matt Flynn is terrible on the radio because he doesn't even keep up with college football. Jimbo Fisher is a myth. He should pay winston a lifetime supply of crableggs for getting him this contract because he is just living off of those years.

They almost annually have a new mantra on why the sleeping giant has awoken.. its what “also rans” do in lieu of winning.

For 2019
Jimbo is 3rd, only trailing Georgia and Bama's insane haul.
LSU is 7th.
Aubie is 16th.
We'll see where they all land, but you might be very wrong.

Not me sir. I’ve constantly said Jimbo was the ACC Les Miles. He will never win a NC at Aggie. Y’all over paid big time. Same with Chavis.

Take away the Winston years and he still has the following
10-4, division title, peach bowl W, 16th ranking
12-2, conference titles, orange bow W, 6th ranking
10-3, 2nd in division, peach bowl L, 16th ranking
10-3, 3rd in division, orange bowl W, 8th ranking
