[quote]The pure facts of the matter are that: 1) We """lost""" to Bama by 1 with a backup QB. 2) We are returning almost everyone, Bama isn't 3) Bama will have discontinuity w/ their coordinators and senile Saban hasn't shown the ability recently to hire good coordinator talent Bama gets murdered no matter how I calculate it[/quote

Bama will win easily.

They don't even have any coordinators or a QB. They ran off a bunch of 5* talent to the portal.

Y'all are straight up trolling if you think Bama has a chance. The discussion should be on how bad we're gonna whoop that arse, not whether or not we are.

Dude…you’ll find out soon enough and get to face it every year. No more delusions of grandeur for you in a couple of years.

We already played them and should have won this year

And we'll be relatively better than Bama next year because of returning players and system continuity

I understand all you bottomfeeders have losing records to Bama, but Texas doesn't. We own them. They have needed miracles to beat us.

Let me explain to you how Nick Saban does things at Bama.

When Alabama hires OC/DC they do not bring in a whole new system that they run and the whole team has to learn it along with new terminology. Saban does it right the opposite. The new coach learns the existing playbook and terminology. Saban will allow the new OC/DC to tweak the playbook some and put a little of that coaches personal spin on the playbook but the players do not learn a new system every time Bama changes a coordinator. It’s right the opposite so system continuity does not factor in the equation.

Let's worry about Taco Tech before we start chirping about seal clubbing the Tide.

So this season was all on Saban?

That gives me even more confidence in our win since y'all won't luck into competent coordinators to save Saban's arse

You have a lot to learn about the SEC.

tDecline is inevitable if it all relies on Saban's declining coaching capacities

Sark will make Saban say uncle. Texas has never lost to Bana without a miracle hurting our QB

This happens from time to time when a soft, poorly conditioned and ill prepared team faces one which is in superior condition and is physical to the point of bordering on criminality. If Texas has had a difficult time of late with injuries playing Alabama every 10-12 years or so Texas is going to have to make some fundamental changes to their culture when the join the SEC and face well conditioned, physically tough teams week in and week out. It is easy to get in and stay in Big 12 condition but it is a monumental task to get in and stay in SEC condition when you are taking a physical beating every week in conference....and with the addition of 2 more teams there will be one more in conference game every season by most accounts....that will be one more opportunity to have someone get seriously injured if youre in big 12 condition.

Why did Uga drop Oklahoma yet we are still playing?

You're finishing a home/home series. We would just be starting it, and it wouldn't finish until UT/OU join the SEC.
