Texas university gives you no shot of of making it to the league.

Every major program in truth probably does now to help create NIL deals for players currently on the roster.

Where some mid major programs(a&m) have a collective to buy recruits with NIL.

Not really hard to see the difference.

On a side note, why would any player given a choice between College Station and Austin ever choose College Station?

Well that's a good point because "Texas University" doesn't exist.
