Literally the only evidence is that he's been arrested and charged, as that has been further confirmed by a police spokesperson.
Literally everything in that second sentence of yours other than "is currently in jail" is completely made up

Agree. If there is evidence and not just based on accusations. Like the recent incident with the two Razorback players on Dixon that security footage cleared of wrongdoing after they had been suspended. Sometimes LEO's, prosecutors etc. get a little loose with the law for their own personal agendas.
