And why would Brady hitch his star to a coach who is clearly on the hot seat? He will make at least as much as Texas is likely to pay, and have greater job security and long term options if he stays at LSU for a while. Herman may not make it through another season at Texas. Then again he might, but it is a high risk move for Brady and no real reason to do it.

LSU’s biggest alumni base is Houston, so GTFO with that sh*t.

Yep. Nonsense. Brady and Ensminger have got it going. They seem to complement each other well. About to win a Heisman and go to the CFP, why would Austin even be considered?

Chip Brown “reports” whatever the big money donors tell him to print. So Brady is probably on their wish list, regardless of what Tom Herman thinks

1.6 M for a passing game coordinator/ QB Coach. What is Steve’s contract worth? You figure it out since you have no clue what you’re talking about!

Okay. So if Texas offers him a higher position (OC) and a comparably or better salary than LSU, he’s going to stay because... yeah no.

LSU isn't letting Joe Brady leave. Bet the house on that.

Man, bama seeing bama fans so insecure about their program that they're worried about where Brady goes is awesome. Lol, they want that motherfricker to leave LSU so damn bad. Too bad it's not gonna happen for them and they will continue their decline in wake of LSUs ascendance. Geaux Tigers.

You guys have zero knowledge of how LSU’s coaching staff is structured. Hint: Joe Brady isn’t going anywhere.

We get it, he’s got a super important title of “passing coordinator”. Kind of reminds me of “Assistant to the Regional Manager.”

Not saying this is gonna happen, but Texas could outbid LSU and not even break a sweat

A&M said the same thing about Aranda and Texas about Saban. Where are those coaches coaching at?

You are so ignorant of this topic. People in this thread that are far more knowledgeable on this topic than you are have been trying to tell you, but you keep acting like you know more.

Say it with me, “Joe Brady will be at LSU next season.”

All you had to do was read the source.

If you see a story written by Chip Brown, you know that it's either false or wishful thinking at best.

I’ve said it numerous times, I am willing to bet whatever anyone wants to bet that he’s on LSUs staff next season

1.6 M for a job that doesn’t have to deal with the OL coach, the RBs coach, etc. With a promise to take over the OC in three years; you wouldn’t take it? Making more than the OC?

Christ, you Gumps are so scared right now!

Now, beg, Gump!

Get on your fricking knees and beg this will happen!
