We did avoid Bama but we beat their daddy. We'll see Bama before this is over anyway.

After watching what Kentucky and Ole Miss did to ya'll I'm convinced that Texas beats Georgia 9/10 times.

Yet Texas will win out and play Bama in the SECCG.

So sorry for your Georgia!

You only had to play one of the Big 5, whereas most teams had to play at least two of the Big 5...for that matter, A&M got a similarly soft SEC schedule. Me thinks that was done on purpose for both of you guys.

sure, but I think the SEC did it on purpose...

Even A&M got their two hardest games (when looking at it on paper before the season started) at home (LSU and Texas)

Not sure why they felt the need to do that...

Texas has 2 wins against teams with a winning record.
That’s particularly bad.

If they don’t get to the SECCG, they will be compared to Indiana.

Who has exactly one win against a team with a winning record. Most of theirs have 4 or fewer wins.

I'm not sure how the Texas schedule is viewed to be easier than A&M's. A&M played nothing remotely close to Georgia, and yes, they get home field for Texas.

Atm was very upset at SEC for allowing tx in SEC. So its not a stretch to gift both an easy schedule to then play each other in a last game that means something. And they gifted atm home field, so going forward no whining. They needed both teams to have great records to make this game have meaning.

Anyone who thinks this wasn’t designed in from the start is not paying attention. SEC had to tell atm to vote for expansion or else. Since they did this was the payback. They didn't want an unranked tx to reduce game hype so thats why each team was gifted a freebie schedule.

how is that even possible with a sec schedule

It didn't get mentioned a lot, but the 16 team super conferences set up some very unbalanced schedules if a couple of usual Top 20 teams have bad years.

BIG10 is even worse where you can tell the schedules were made with the idea that at least 2 of Michigan, USC and Washington would be quality teams.

They don't have one once the new rankings come out.

and that would be Vandy who is ranked #25. Texas won that game by a whopping 3 points. I'm thinking A&M is gonna expose them as exactly what they are: frauds.

Glad you are still thinking about us though. It's kind of you.

We had the guts to schedule Michigan away and Ohio State next year away. It's not our fault michigan took the year off and harbaugh bolted. That wasn't the case when we scheduled it. also didn't expect Oklahoma to take a year off either. Neither is our fault.
At least you guys finally have to admit the SEC isn't the powerhouse you told us it was. It's the best conference hands down but the bottom half of the sec is no stronger than the bottom half of the Big 12 or B1G.
Ags sure as hell shouldn't be talking. At least we played Georgia. They avoided GA, Tenn, Ole Miss, and Alabama. We will be the best team they play all year.
