So I'll ask you the same question.. are all cadets part of the military?

Before you misfire again, all cadets.. not just the minority who take scholly money and are obligated to service.

This debate has gone off the rails. Look the demand for the game, long-term, isn't there. Sure the next time they play will be a hot ticket, but it isnt there long-term. My suggestion is play a neutral site game in Houston to raise money for hurricane victims, like what the basketball teams are doing, and move on. Texas already plays 3 in-state schools in conference, they don't need the game, esp since it was never that big of a rivalry. Abbott is just pandering to his alma mater.

A&M was in the Texas Bowl last year. We won't be going back there for at least two or three seasons. Stopping teams from going to the same bowl over and over was the entire point of the SEC taking over selection for 6 of the bowls. Since joining A&M has gone Cotton, Peach, Liberty, Music City, Texas. Best bets for A&M are the Gator, Outback, or Belk if it's 8 or more wins, Birmingham if it's 7, and Independence if it's 6.

Texas is 3-4 with remaining games against @Baylor, @TCU, Kansas, @WVU, and Texas Tech. I'm not sure I see 3 wins there.
