simply going by the standards on this board. We were told winning the conference in baseball is pedestrian. The important games are the post season.
Personally I though Georgia was clearly the best team but I was evidently wrong. I don't agree with it but I don't move the goal posts here.

I’m just going by your own definition that it is postseason games, like the SECC, that matter.

But yall found a way to lose to UGA twice.

How do you feel about that?

We were very limited by Ewers. His flaws, which led to him being the final QB drafted, were very apparent. Against lesser opponents, they could be masked by our offensive skill players and our defense. UGA is too strong in the trenches to have this happen.

I am optimistic that Arch's mobility and long ball capability will shed us of these offensive limitations. Ewers was also always getting hurt and never seemed to improve in his decision making. Texas will have another Top 5 defense (quite possibly the best defense), a better punter and a loaded offense. There are reasons for optimism that we can get to the title game this year.

Got over it once Notre Dame sent UGA home in the quarters while Texas continued on to the semis in the CFP.

Those games didn't factor to me much.

Texas went further in the playoffs than Georgia and that is what most people noticed.

Also Georgia embarrassed themselves by losing to a crappy Notre Dame team in the playoffs.

Face it. Georgia is on the decline and will be irrelevant soon.

Yeah, we both beat Clemson but the way you guys dominated ASU was breathtaking.

And the way you guys lost to Notre Dame was too.

I feel like if we had a kicker that could make a 30 yard field goal that we would've been SEC champs.

I also feel pretty good about heading into Athens in a few months.

The Crappy Notre Dame team that made it to the Championship Game? You can't hold up Texas supposed "deep playoff run" as a sign of success and als o call Notre Dame "Crappy"

I’ll take it a step further. Texas had the best team in 20 years, and still couldn’t win the title. We can only assume they’ll never win a title unless everyone just stays at home

Still so fricking butthurt over September 2023

Maybe one day you will get over it
