Personally I think Texas law is a bit underrated. I did grad school at Columbia and had some law classes. I think the Ivy Law prestige is way more overrated.
That doesn’t mean I don’t hope for forty asteroids to hit Forty Acres. Just in case the first 39 didn’t do the trick.

Tech, Baylor, and TCU are more nuisances. Other SWC schools aren't even blips on the radar.
Never felt a bond with non-SWC, Big 12 schools to care (other than OU as previously mentioned). Nebraska and Colorado were starting to click in the 2000s but then they both left the conference.

Every team likes to say “we are Arkansas’ Super Bowl”. It’s not really true except for Texas.
We don’t care if you don’t care about us. We don’t have any jilted lover/unloved family member dynamics with Texas like Aggie does.
Our hatred is pure. It’s consistent. Unadulterated hate and disdain. No mixed feelings. We don’t care what our or your record is. All we know is frick you. And I hope Arkansas gas stations don’t fill up your cars with Texas plates after the games like they did back in the 60s and 70s.
This has been my exact experience with Arky. One of my best friends - great guy and was one of my groomsmen - is an Arky fan. When it comes to UT/Arky, it's nothing but "frick you"...and he means it too. It cracks me up, but he's not kidding.

Okie State and Texas baseball was more of a rivalry than football.
Always treated well in Austin the 3 okie state games we went to. Texas fans seem to enjoy Stillwater when they’re there. Enemy of my enemy is my friend thing, plus many Okstate fans are from Texas (DFW 3ish hours away).
