It is February. However, there is no sign of improvement for the supposed number one team. The pitching is average. They have massive issues actually playing baseball on the diamond. The offense is the only redeemable thing about that team, and it seems pretty inconsistent.
They will be middle of the pack this year at the very best.

Max never saw the field. Probably more to do with the fact we lost 2 marquee pitchers on staff.

The pitching coach at Texas? A&M's pitching was "a little above average" at best last year. They had a great closer. They lived and died off their offense. Their defense is the biggest problem for A&M this year in the few games I've seen. Like I said, lucky to host a Regional. Sure as Hell aren't getting back to Omaha.
