Fans love to whine about refs not calling fouls but let's be real letting them play leads to more enjoyable games than calling a million ticky tack fouls.
UF/Arky had the same issue earlier today. We had 3 players foul out and I'm surprised it wasn't more.

We lost because we missed so many free throws.
Yeah. 20 missed free throws on your home court - or any court - is not good.

They are making college basketball unwatchable. I think there was a total of 58 fouls called and 88 free throws.

There were 7 intentional fouls by AAndM in the last minute. It was not called close to the same.

This game was completely unwatchable if you didn’t have a rooting interest. Terrible is not an adequate description. NOBODY wants to watch a FT contest. The game was so long that the game that was supposed to be on ESPN was under 3 minutes left in the half before switching over.

How many of those free throws were off of drives to the basket?

Why are fouls almost automatically called every time Aggie drives to the hoop on their home floor even when there is no obvious foul?
And why are Aggie players on the other end allowed to body up opponents on nearly every possession with no calls?

Questioning my question??? It’s a bold strategy cotton, let’s see if it pays off.

I’m sure most of them were.
Why does Aggie drive to the basket twice as frequently at home than they do on the road?
Or do they just get more calls at home?

I’m asking because I’ve watched almost every game and I can’t remember so many contested drives be whistled for a foul. We got the calls tonight sure, but I’d chalk this up to an inconsistent crew that hasn’t worked many games together.
The charge in the 1st half compared to the 2nd half by Sears should have been identical calls.
They’ll get the typical 24 hours to review several plays. If we have to watch plays in 24 hours with the GSOA, I know they do too.

Call fouls, not touches. Alabama loses that in the past but theyre deeper and more physical now.
But they got to get better at the line. Make a decent percentage and they can go a very long way.
