What my university does has no effect on yours.

It’s not a “bluff;” both teams have been booked, in terms of OOC schedules (and bad blood) when the other was ready to come to the table..
They can attempt to make us “look” any way they want ; no skin off our nose.

Texans are split between A&M. UTex, Tech, Baylor, TCU, UH, SMU, Rice, Texas State, Sam Houston, SFA, UTEP, North Texas, and a whole host of out of state schools.

Few people outside of Aggies/Horns graduates bemoan the current lack of the series.

Again, it’ll return eventually.
It hasn’t even been a decade yet.

You are playing Texas.
Every time one of us step into the field you are vicariously stepping onto the field as a SEC school.

You want Georgia, LSU and Alabama to take care of Texas for you.

This is what I see and what a lot of people see

The title is a correct statement.

It did change. But it also coincided with arguably the worst 4 year period of UT football in the 100+ year history of UT.

While the football program was wondering the desert, UT built a new Medical School on campus, a small portion of the $3 Billion dollar fund raising campaign. That’s Billion, with a “B”. As the Flagship University of the State of Texas, academics is always the priority.

Now, Texas Athletics is focused on getting back to where they belong.

Go to “Surly Horns”, one of the Texas websites, and read about the current state of recruiting though the eyes of aggy. Lots of bullshite on here like most sites, but look at the comments for the last week, starting here:

Aggy opened the door for the traditional SEC to come skim some of the cream of the crop of Texas HS athletes.

Aggy got a honeymoon bump w/ Jimbo last year, but this year and next, Texas is gonna knock their little dick on the dirt.

I’m so glad y’all told TU and Their network to kick rocks. The arrogance of the deals they had in place was just incredible. Was good to see it all collapse on them when y’all came to the SEC.

So Aggy needed the SEC to do the work for them. Got it.

The SEC became great because schools earned it not the SEC.
By adding a school who doesn't get it the SEC has added a runt who wants to be a big dog.

All the Texas alters, or the fact that theyll be gone after LSU stretches their assholes to Aggie size.
