It is only conference play. If you finish first in a sport with 14 teams you get 14 points and if you finish last you get 1 point. National rankings and playoffs don’t factor.

A&M’s dominance at cornhole played a major role here.

As if the SEC needed any more reasons to boot Mizzou

But seriously. Mizzou to the SEC makes it look like Napoleon made out like a bandit with the La. Purchase deal...

And their male synchronized swim team was once again the best.

Congrat's Ags!

They have become my second favorite SEC school and I for one am happy for them.

I love their eccentricities and nearly 70,000 enrollment that only adds to the conference legitimacy. The "sleeping giant" aspect freaks me a little, but still, I'm glad that they are in the conference.

As an aside, Missouri is a fine institution, but Oklahoma would have been a much better fit.

The SEC took the worst of the litter. Definitely got burned with those two.

The old saying “jack of all trades, master of none” comes to mind.

Slow clap from a Stanford fan...

Director's Cup - Wiki

The University of North Carolina won the award in its inaugural year, but since then, Stanford University has won the Division I award for twenty-four straight years.
