I'm guessing $10 million.
You can be sure that the Texas athletics department won't need a loan to do it, or need a loan to pay the bills, or just forego the bills altogether (like aggy).

If/when they fire Strong, who is on your short list of candidates? I can't imagine Strong will be around if this season is bad.

when does it drop from $20 to $15 million? Some of these contracts are based on end of year and not end of season. Obviously if tamu parts ways, they aren't waiting until January.

It blows my mind why Texas fans and, to a slightly lesser degree, ATM fans obsess about being able to pay the bills/have a big bank account for their athletic departments.
all you should care about is wins.
I remember Texas fans were excited about Steve Patterson because he ran professional franchises. Said he was the most qualified to be the Athletic director because he would grow the financial profile.
Little did they know that he would be charging alums to stand on the field before a game. Lololol

Easier said than done quite frankly. Between us and Texas there is one (theirs) national title the last 30 years. The freaking second program in Florida has done better than the top two in Texas combined.
