That Brian Harrison guy has been posting non-stop about this situation. Looks like he is trying to grab as much media attention for himself as possible.

Have you seen the actual syllabus? I'm curious what is on there. People online are confusing the course description in the course catalog as the syllabus.
I've seen a syllabus from this professor, but seems she was a secondary professor in the summer class?

Her name is Melissa D. McCoul.
It's just funny if it were a liberal student doing the exact same thing, with the exact same words, yall would be perfectly okay with the professor removing the student from class.

This is moving fast, but I don't think anyone was fired. They were losing their title or some nonsense, but I think they're still collecting a check. The article yposted didn't say they were fired.
If anyone wants more go to political talk.

Then explain why the Board of Regents wanted to shut it down and the the people putting on the show had to sue A&M to allow the show to go on last year.

She might be wrong in her interpretation of the law but this is exactly what conservatives are trying to get out of the education system. If the class has nothing to do with gender ideology then there’s no reason to teach anything about it unless you are trying to push your own agenda.

Yet the aggy student group prevailed and the show went on.
Oh, and the trans show you posted which WAS hosted by Austin Pride was at a bar that CLOSED years ago.
Old man just cannot get his smack right!

You’re correct in definition.
I suppose they could still be doing research on their own with the university but they will not be lecturing and I think that’s the big win here.

But don’t quote the Bible when it’s convenient for your personal feelings. Do you quote the Bible when lusting over livvy dunne or anyone else?

I understand the intent. I don't disagree with the intent. The execution was lacking.

That seems odd coming from a beta that worships an all male cheer squad that prances around and does jazz hands on the sidelines.

It means the state cannot mandate a specific religion that has to be followed like was done in England, not that religion and government can’t mix.

Exactly, so Muslims should be allowed to display the Quran in schools also right?

The kid could have easily just asked what does this have to do with English and the published curriculum and syllabus. It wasn't a strong argument she made.
But, the professor sounded like more of a dumbass.
Glad the administrators were relieved of their duties. If the issue was known and they had an observer in class because of the complaints while allowing the teacher to continue to go off-script for her own agenda, they all need(ed) to be fired.
