First off, I don’t condone violence against anyone, including women. If Demas is guilty of this, he should get jail time. That being said…

Imagine being a wide receivers coach. Your head coach tells you to go to star freshman receivers house to keep him from transferring.

Some random girl comes up to you and says “x player hit me”…what are you to say to that? “Ok let me call the cops right now”?

You don’t know if she’s lying or not. You don’t know what happened. She should go to the police immediately, which she did not, therefor there is no criminal case.

I’m not saying I believe her or don’t believe her, but now that these college players have money there will be more ex girlfriends coming out of the woodwork. These guys will be getting sued in civil court, not criminal. In civil court only a “preponderance of evidence” is required, meaning there is over a 50 percent chance that the claim is true based on the evidence presented. Basically means “more than likely” that he did it and she gets paid. This won’t be the last one you hear from. #PayMeToo

Did you even read the article?

The girl’s mom had pictures of the aftereffects of the assault(s) and Craig repeatedly ignored her.

Mom’s don’t just randomly do that.

Is Craig an officer of the law, equipped to handle domestic abuse issues?

No, but he’s a man.

Even if he’s a giant fricking bitch.

I’m a man. You’re a man (I assume). What’s your first step in the situation?

Ask her if she’s contacted the police. There’s not much more you can do. You can’t expect coaches who’s livelihoods depend on winning football games to handle domestic abuse matters. It’s contradictory to everything that’s in their benefit. It’s the local law enforcement and court systems job to prosecute. The school and football program has suspended Demond Demas. Thats all they can do.

So you, a "man", would send em to A&M PD whom you know are going to cover it up? Would you do that for your daughter too?

Aggie has achieved the trifecta bonus:

Rape
Murder
Assault

You guys need some institutional control

There is a good chance this thing blows up and Jimbo gets sacrificed to prevent severe sanctions. The program has already caught more than a few glances from the NCAA. This likely would be a perfect case for them to reassert authority.

If that happens, where would Jimbo end up? Any guesses?

That some serious rabbit-foot-rubbing wishful thinking there, bucko.

Women are a recent addition to College Station. If this had been a man or farm animal, there would be an uproar.

There wasn’t any uproar in College Station at all the last time an animal was desecrated by Aggy fans.

Nobody is safe in that place.

Dude was given a ridiculous amount of money to coach at A&M and has done exactly shite to show for it.

Previously he had a wife who fricked his players and he knew about it. He also covered up sexual assault cases.

He's a frickin' pervert who thinks that pussy is the key to success. "I've got a bunch of 18 year old dudes I'm trying to get on my team. What do they like? Well, 18 year old dudes really love to chase tail. Maybe I'll let them frick my wife if they come play for me. And if they rape some women, well, who cares? I'm getting paid."

Congrats A&M. Sexual perversion seems to be the only gig in town in College Station.
