Texas A&M Class Ranking?

A&M grayshirted one of their 27 commits and one of them didn’t sign. However, these two are still counting in the rankings. They won’t leave it like this if neither of these kids end up enrolled on scholarship right? If they do leave it, that system is so broken and skews numbers unnecessarily.

I'm sure it will all wash out. NSD for 247 Sports is like April 15 for accountants. There is so much information that they are probably just working through it. I wouldn't stress the numbers because multiple teams are wrong in some way.

Different sites use different methods. Some only count your top 20 recruits, some count JUCO, etc.

That's true. On 247 Sports you can also use the class calculator to add/remove players that will/won't play for your team and use this to see how it affects the numbers they present. I'm not as familiar with other sites as many of them have a paywall blocking more advanced features.

You weren't bitching when t.u. magically moved from 9th to 4th without a single new commit 2 weeks ago, then to 3rd when basically tampering with an already signed and enrolled recruit at another school. You don't get to bitch now.

if you remove the two that won’t step foot on their campus this coming fall semester, they fall to 5th on 247

I’m confused. I don’t hate a&m I just don’t understand how they get credit for recruits that aren’t a part of the class.

If Texas released the information about Tyler Owens they would have had a fight on their hands.
Texas played it perfectly.
I wish he came to LSU. The guy ran a sub 4.4 at the Texas camp last summer.

Its a website ranking. ESPN didn't even spend the time to add in Wednesdays commitments before issuing their final Class Rankings. That shows you how much website rankings really mean. They are all bullshite but give you an idea of where your team stands. If you recruit year in and year out in the top 10 you have a shot.

There is a really good chance Mowry will sign by April 1st. Just has some things to clean up in the classroom. He should stay on the commit list until that April 1st deadline passes.
The other one should fall off though.
By dropping Ellison, the total composite score drops to 284.67 which is still higher than LSU and good for 4th still.

It will be at the end of the month according to Katy ISD academic calendar
