ATM fans had no issues with Schloss nor did they call out his personal life or character UNTIL he left ATM to go to Texas. Then all of a sudden Ags manufactured all sorts of reasons why “he has no character, he's scum, he's a bad guy, etc”
If you felt that way before then prove it? Otherwise it proves you either A) felt that way and said nothing about it (which I don't believe at all or B) and the obvious answer, Aggies are coping by throwing whatever mud makes them feel better.

More self-righteous horn shite. There is no hurt pride. People know a creep when they see one. Despite winning, Schloss had a lot of Ags baffled by some of his behavior. But sure I liked winning with him, ngl.
I have several good tx friends that said they felt the same about Augie. They liked the results but he did some pretty embarrassing stuff. Not a particularly a good guy.

BK best jobs as a HC have been at Notre Dame and LSU. Schloss’s best job before his three year stint at A&M was TCU which don’t have near the resources A&M, Texas, Notre Dame or LSU has.
I’d put money down on Schloss winning it all before BK.

LMFAO Schloss spent the bulk of his career at TCU and in 3 seasons he won 6 games in Omaha which is 3x the number A&M had in their entire history before he got there.
Has BK lifted Notre Same or LSU to heights they don't know? Quite the opposite his successor at ND got to the title game and was far more competitive and he will never sniff Ogre's success either. I bet you wouldn't make the who wins a title first bet LOL

Good game last night Ags.
All this coaching talk is ridiculously hilarious. Coaches leave all the time for what they perceive to be a better opportunity for them, for a multitude of personal reasons.
Schloss and CDC had a lot of history and were friends. I do wish CDC had waited 72 hours or so after the CWS to make the move on Schloss. The optics just looked bad. I don’t blame Schloss for this but CDC. If I was an Ag I would’ve been pissed as well and would’ve had a lot of questions.
The claims that Schloss tried to lose the CWC are preposterous. As for his character, I don’t know him, but I do take all the back room “stories” with a grain of salt. A lot of people just like to present themselves as more important than they are and things can get skewed fast. But it’s fairly well-documented that Schloss and the AD had had some discussions and that there was at least some level of tension.
Undisputed is that Schloss is a hell of a coach and I’m glad he’s on our side.

Summary - horrible, wet, humid, sweltery(?) and late night.
First round of clothes were drenched. Ended in a hoodie but was too hot for that. Switched back to my polo after it dried out somewhat.
Boring game - saved only by the fact it was Texas vs Aggie. A few good plays scattered in, but mostly a snoozer.
Best thing? We won.
Hard to understand why, but somehow I feel like Aggie had the better game overall. But winners win anyway, and that's what Texas did.
We have to string more together on offense today, and I don't see why we shouldn't actually. We aren't exactly an offensive juggernaut, but we do have the ability to do more work than exhibited last night. But then, so does Aggie.
I predicted us to lose yesterday, so I'm already one ahead. Fired up for today's game - watching FROM MY COUCH! Dammit.
