Wow. I'm impressed that you're too ignorant to realize the term gaslighting is used on a message board, not to actually convince someone there is an alternate reality out there, but as a way of calling someone out for misrepresenting the truth (lying). Your response is as useful as saying someone who uses the term 'Germans' to identify old news doesn't realize it was Japan that attacked Pearl Harbor.

The actual truth is that neither of us know the full situation, and are just saying what we think is true. That isn't what lying/gaslighting means. That is called misinformation, and one of us is wrong.
If he was just a primadonna and attempted to fight a coach I doubt he stays on the team. I also doubt that people close to him would want privacy, while also asking for prayers for him. Mentall illness is stigmatized, so he is probably embarrassed about the situation. Now stop getting so worked up alright

People from UGA talking about “privacy” and “personal reasons” knowing damn well the kid wasn’t right and put him on the (practice) field anyway just because they wanted a player.
He should have been sat and kept away from football until he’s right.

I don’t know the particulars of this specific players recruitment. But it’s funny how these kids all want attention on social media with top ten lists, then top five, top three etc. hats on the table, props and cryptic tweets. Then when things don’t go as they planned, they want to go silent and ask you to respect their privacy. The parents, uncles and handlers are all involved, so don’t say, “oh, he’s just a kid”. You asked for attention, now deal with it.

I love how people say not to stigmatize something and then ask for special treatment in the same breath. Either you are treated special or equal, it is impossible to be both.
I also hope that Arik gets everything worked out for the best, whatever the problem is.
