You know, $500 an hour isn't really a lot for for a lawyer. The good ones charge well over $1000. My wife is a lawyer and she charges $500 an hour and she is one of the more inexperienced lawyers.
Yep, more like $2,000.
Thats what i was thinking, my wife is a 7 year attorney and is worth way more than these jabroni arse attorneys we hired to investigate our shite show.

So you are saying smokeyone is once again FOS?
Must be the offseason, it DJSDAWG. The vanishing UGA fan. Every offseason he’s here defending UGA virtue but as soon as UGA shits the bed(they ALWAYS shite THE BED) he disappears until the offseason.
But honestly when he has no original thoughts or ideas and he sees first hand the BS UGA beat writers put out is in fact BS, he doesn’t have anything to add so it’s no great loss.
Probably voted for Biden too.

This thread has taken several odd turns.
Back on topic, when is Fisher coming in with his son Brandon to provide stability and credibility?

How do these guys go to Bama, learn under Saban, but then don’t learn enough to not get caught?

Speaking of no original thoughts.....the same worthless deflection from you every single year. Anything but discussing football with you, likely because your uga predictions are so terrible every year. I bet you picked 6-4 for uga this year with Losses to bama, gators, vols, and auburn?

You know how we all know you are full of Bs? Stupidity such as this. You don’t post enough on this board to have a clue when I do or do not post.
So, now that we got that same of crap outside of the way, tell us more about the fulmer roll over on uga.

UT didn’t hire 2 lawyers charging $500-$750 an hour to dig up dirt on a paintball match.

Slick you post daily until the the season is blown. Then you go into hiding until the cycle repeats in the offseason.

No dog in this fight, but it sounds to me like UT hired these high-powered lawyers to help them cover-up the real violations.
Think about it: Why did UT decide to go investigate their own program themselves? Universities don't just do that for fun. They do it because they are trying to "get out in front" of something worse. So their idea is to "self report" some minor violations so that the NCAA feels satisfied and goes away. UT wouldn't be the first to use this strategy -- others do it too.
I don't know if UT cheated or whatever. I just know their crootin' classes were suddenly pretty highly ranked under Pruitt out of nowhere. Bringing in 5 stars to a program in the dumps. And now at least one of those 5 stars is transferring out.

Recruiting has never been an issue at UT so doesn’t do much. They were cheating to a degree but so does every other P5 school. This was 100% due to UGA turning them in over a 5* Oline recruit. The Vols have a staff discord issue and this always them to part ways with a couple guys, show they take the stuff seriously, and cooperate with the NCAA against a bigger fish in UGA. It’s Fulmer doing Fulmer stuff. Resolution is expected by mid next week on who won the staff discord issues.

It was both Kirby/UGA telling the NCAA as well as someone internally on the football staff leaking to UT’s compliance. UT’s compliance had already started an investigation before the NCAA called.
To those saying they hired cheapo lawyers, Michael Glazier is who you call when you want to protect the university from the NCAA. We hired him when the NCAA came sniffing around for Pearl as well.

Greatly diminished posting, likely after the second loss.
You can look at your post history. You stayed in the private UGA board, the soccer board (not surprising, gay sport) but rarely on this board until mid December.

It could be that, but it also could be a statutory limit.
Alabama has a cap on hourly attorney fees for those doing legal work for state agencies. You do the work for no more than $X per hour or you don't get the work.

Losses naturally often lead to increased internal squabbling on team boards. Its not a concept unique to any single poster as your ignorance leads you to believe.
Still, I posted more on this board after losses than you ever have posted on this board.
Is that a coincidence? No, You know you would post a LOT more if the Vols werent flat out terrible, but the Vols have been terrible going on 16 years now, so there isnt much for you to say. Probably why you stick to the gay poli board way too much. You used to talk football a lot more when the vols gave you hope.

So, Pruitt, Ansley, Simon and Steele flew to California to meet with To O and his family about the future of the program?
That’s a helluva of team for a reassurance/recruiting trip.
