They aren't good now.
You have no recent memory of them ever being good which makes you question how they still exist.
They use trendy nfl people to push their product
They think they are a cut above others that put out a less expensive product yet there is no noticeable difference
They now settle for gimmicks to try and push themselves away from death's door.
All in all, truly a joke of football program.

Maybe, but Chili’s is just plagiarized Applebees, and they’ve been killing it - all because of a viral social media post of someone eating a previously frozen glorified cheese stick.

This is the perfect analogy for Kentucky hoops

In oklahoma some towns Applebee's used to be the hang out spot after 10pm.
Always found that funny.

I only went to Applebee's twice. Once when I was a kid when I went to dinner with this Yankee family(my friends dad was an ex NHL player in the late 60s). I don't remember much about it.
The second time I was on a date a few decades ago. I ordered a steak and it had way too much pepper in it and didn't seem like high quality meat.
Never had a desire to go back. Probably the worst steak I've ever had a from a place like that.
So I think you are on to something.
I would normally got to Chili's instead, but the fricked up their cheese sticks the last time I went. It was like some kind of log or something, and you only get a few of them. frick that shite.
99% of the time I just grill my own steak though. It's better.

How many times has Kentucky has beaten them in the past say, 40 years?
I mean, this is something a Florida fan might say (at least up until a few years ago) but a Kentucky fan?
They own you guys like 2x worse than we owned them for most of the past 25 years.
And thats a lot.

I love their cheese sticks. They are the best in my opinion and I totally recommend!
They have some decent bowls and combinations but what I liked the most was that they were opened late. I hate all these restaurants closing around 9pm.
Most of the Applebees near me are now closed but I would love to have some come back.
I don’t really care for Tennessee but I don’t dislike them either

Since you have observed this... and there are only five Applebees located outside the metros in the entire state... Maybe you could tell us which "towns" you are talking about?
