are the Tenn fans here the worst? Most of the ones I know IRL seem to contain about 50-80% less a-hole than the ones on therant.

8-9 wins, the same amount I've said for months.

Edit: aside from a few, I think we have a pretty good group of posters on here. not that it matters, jmo.

Not a Vol fan at all but I would predict a 4-4 SEC sched so 9-4 is about right. Should be a telltale year for the Vols next 2-3 yrs.

Exactly, this thread is not gonna make a difference. This board will continue to be a collection of fricktarded fricktards saying fricktarded things in a fricktarded way.

Of course, we could always just link this thread every time some fricktard says "Tennessee fans are all predicting 10+ wins". But honestly, I think the fricktardation runs so deep on this board, that even showing indisputable proof of their fricktardedness won't make a difference.

I currently have my Vols Losing 3 and winning 10, and I will list my win/lost projections below:(NOTE: this is my most optimistic outlook, I think we will probably drop one of these toss up games and be 9 and 4)

Wins-
Bowling Green- Duh.

Oklahoma- I have been very back and forth on this one, but I have eventually settled on the fact that this Oklahoma team will be breaking in a new offense and that the crowd in Neyland will give the Vols the push they need to win.

W. Carolina- Duh.

Florida- This game has also had me torn at times, and while most say the only reason Florida wins is because of the streak, that is not good enough to me, we are talented enough to win this one, therefore we should win it.

Arkansas- This game is as close to a toss up as it gets, but Since we have home field, I give us the advantage.

Kentucky- I don't buy this Kentucky team, they don't have the depth to beat us.

Scar- Scar doesn't have the talent needed to win this one, their defense and quarterback will drag them down.

N. Texas- Duh.

Vanderbilt- it may be a kinda close game, but this is an obvious win.

Bowl Game- Butch seems to prepare for bowl games well.

Losses-
Georgia- Many Vols fans think this is a sure win, but as a newer fan(became a fan just before 2013) I have always seen something go haywire against Georgia. In 2013 we have a game losing fumble, in 2014 Georgia hits Worley in the elbow and it costs us the game. Something else is sure to go haywire and cost us a 3 or 7 point loss.

Alabama- The Tide is still more talented (for this year) and for that reason (and home field) they will take this one in a nail-biter.

Mizzou- This one is very much like the Arkansas game, but for the sake of continuity, Mizzou has home field so they take the win.

The Critical Toss Ups-

Arkansas and Mizzou- The way I see it, these two can go either way so they will be the record tipping games.

I hope I was able to give a fair and balanced reason for my record choices. As a fairly new fan I know I have much to learn, and much experience to gain, but either way I'm ready for some DANG FOOTBALL.

I'm Curious, What are your reasons for giving UK a win over TN? (i'm not trying to sound like an arse, just genuinely curious.)

Its to easy to pick the obvious wins and losses, I think Kentucky is one of those games on the road that Tennessee loses to an improved, but not superior Kentucky team. I'm very close to picking you guys against us, and I do think you beat Oklahoma at home.

I like the way Stoops is doing things, building his program. I think they will continue to improve. That wouldn't be my choice of a loss but I would circle them, Oklahoma, and Florida as potential games to drop. Just because all 3 will presumably field competent teams that compete.

We've already announced Thaddeus Snodgrass will be starting at QB. It's a given at that point.

I can understand that reasoning, playing on the road is no easy task.

In that case I may need to rework my predictions.
