You've got to be willing to put money out there to attract a good coach. That's what Arkansas and Alabama have done and I know MSU has money to get a coach who's done some things in a smaller conference.

Stop making excuses. Waltons or not, because of our success we were going to get a new arena. And I'm pretty sure someone has some deep pockets down on the delta.

That's my point. You may not get someone with a better resume than Stansbury (Bundy's argument) or that will stay as long as Stansbury. But you'd be better off potentially grabbing an under the radar guy who can get you a Sweet 16 or better to swing the program momentum catching him on his way up.

Compare programs since Stans started being the head coach. I hate Stans, but to say that Arky has been better then that State during that stretch is just a lie.

You guys argue about the shape of the program. Who's program is in better shape as of right now? LSU or Ms State? Brady got LSU to a Final Four and that program is in the dumps right now. Making a run in the tourney does not always give you momentum.
