It does pale in comparison to Missouri's 1-15 record vs top 10 opponents since 2008. Granted, they do double that number of wins if you go back to 2007 where they beat Kansas and add another loss to finish up 2-16. So Missouri has played 18 top 10 opponents in that time span and Tennessee has played 33. Maybe someday UT can reach that high level of performance.

Don’t be a short changing a-hole.

OU #1 in 2010. Win
UGA #7 in 2013. Win.

I agree that UT sucks but slow the roll there on GT... pretty sure they haven’t gotten a commit from a single 4* in the state yet? UT has at least two.

The Vols may be a train wreck but GT is looking up at Knoxville and it’s a long way up...

Your number isn’t accurate, but seems doubtful

This has to be based on how the team's finished not what were ranked when we played them. It's easy to fall out of the top ten when someone hands you a loss.

At any rate, newsflash: Tennessee has sucked ever since Fulmer was fired as coach.

Pruitt and Jones had the same record through first 2 years

Jones only had to follow Dooley. Pruitt had to follow both Dooley and Jones. That is much more to overcome.

They would have 1 win if they could count to 13

They twice had really good shots at upsetting Bama as well in that span, but...

... they did not.

You don’t really think Alabama will win another NC with Saban do you?
