Teams with New Coaches- 3-4 year expectations?

What are your 3-4 year expectations for your new head coach? I’m assuming everyone wants their coach to do something that hasn’t been done in the past 20 years or so.
State- SEC west championship?
Tennessee- SEC Championship?
A&M- Beat LSU?
Florida- National title?
Ole Miss- SEC west championship?
Arkansas- SEC championship?
State- SEC west championship?

We lose a TON of talent after this season.
I'd say a good 4 year expectation is 3 bowls. 4 if a miracle happens and the NCAA lifts the postseason ban for this year. If we don't have a really good season this year and solidify a great recruiting class, we'll be rebuilding pretty hard in year 2 and 3.

Next year may be State's best year for awhile. There will be a lot of NFL talent on that defense and maybe even a few on offense but most will be gone after next year.
Moorehead is already making inroads at recruiting and I expect the level of athlete in Starkville to surpass the Mullen era. If he can recruit in the top 15 consistently while adding that raw Mississippi talent, look out for that SEC West title or even better. But, you gotta have the players first.
After I see that happen a few years, get back with me on those championships.

all 3 of UT/LSU/UF and all 3 of OM/AR/State cannot reasonably get there; but 1 probably will from each set
A&M and State look to be the most likely to do so from each set of 3
