I don't see a problem with that.

f LSU claimed every National Championship according to computer indeces, national associations, foundation polls, publications, newpapers, periodicals, magazines, AP, UPI, BCS, Dunkel Index, Williamson Poll, Coaches Association polls, etc. then LSU would have 11 National Titles:
1908,1935,1936,1958,1959,1961,1962,1987,2003,2007,and 2011.
And by those standards, if Alabama claimed every poll, publication, newspaper, periodicals, magazines, AP, UPI, BCS, etc. etc......, then Bama could claim 28... TWENTY EIGHT.... LINK

Shows all the computer indexes, national associations, foundation polls, publications, newpapers, periodicals, magazines, AP, UPI, BCS, Dunkel Index, Williamson Poll, Coaches Association polls, etc. that the LSU fan wants to use to claim national titles.

Use the actual records book, I've only posted the link a billion times already in this thread.

1919 TAMU: Unscored upon. While we scored 275 over the course of the season. Seems legit to me.

We even took it easy on the NCs. 1917 we were also unscored upon and picked in some publications. But had even more points scored.

Sounds like 1899 Sewanee, the team with the greatest road trip ever. Look at the Nov 9-14 results:

LSU and tBeacon are the Big 2 of truth. Only schools to not claim more than what they rightfully own.

I Feel Arky has a claim to 4 NC's and a fifth in 2010 when the NCAA retroactively strip Auburn in a decade or so.

Somebody is a little sensitive.

1940 - You guys had a loss and only 2 out of 15 publications named you the champ. AP named Minnesota

1950 - 6 out of 15 publications named you the champ. AP and UPI named Oklahoma.

1967 - We agree that one shouldn't even be an argument.

I thought all Tennessee fans were over 70 and really laid back?

Well they did tie Oklahoma in selections in 1950 (including retroactive ones). However, if you remove said retroactive ones:

1950
Oklahoma AP HAF L UPI WS
Princeton BS PS
Tennessee DeS DuS

You've been on this board long enough to know that Auburn claims 2004

Well they (and I mean the roody poo trolls like TnMAU83) can certainly claim what they want. It doesn't make it true.

Oklahoma lost to Kentucky, who lost to TN.

TN beat the #2 team Texas. If you wanna take away 1940, ok, but that loss was in a bowl game, just like Oklahoma's in 1950. That still leaves us with 4.

And if we were like Bama, we could claim an additional 8 on top of the 6 we currently claim.

Yet Alabama claims in the same manner everyone else does. If Alabama claimed the way others suggest they do, the program would claim far more than 15.

This thread is started a dozen times a year. And it's always the same. There seems to be two standards. One for Alabama and one for everyone else.

Y'all lost your bowl game in 1951 as well. Can't have it both ways.
And no, UT couldn't claim 14. Not even close. 1938, 40, 50, 51, 56, 67, and 98. That's straight from the records book.
