AJ was horrendous against Oklahoma. I don't think he should be throwing blame anywhere.

What was funny about AJ being a spare bus driver? I'm scared when y'all actually get a decent QB, it might not be pretty for the rest of us.

It can. Imagine if Alabama had a QB as good as gumps thought AJ was. Holy shite.

All jokes aside... let's be honest. You were disappointed with AJ this year. Without an otherworldly offensive line, he was a shell of the player you saw in 2012. He wasn't as good as you thought he was. He was terrible under pressure, and all his detractors were right. It's okay to admit you were wrong.

From what I've read, Manziel stayed away from the SB and is working on his game.

Pimple face made the rounds for a year with eligibility left. He has to repair his immature image.

show me these stats and I promise you I can debate with you about how AU and OU had something to do with it.
Pull them up. You can do it in 5 minutes. When you do, check total yards, first downs, avg yards per rush (especially against Auburn), passing yardage, time of possession, just to name a few.
I didn't say that AU or OU had nothing to do with the losses, just that Alabama did a very poor job with the production that they had in both games. That's what I'd call poor focus.

that was obvious that Bama thought they could just show up and win. And it wasnt just the young guys. Hell, AJ is just as guilty as the others.

McCarron didn't throw anyone under the bus.

Nothing wrong with his comments. he was there - no doubt there are prima donnas on that team.

no matter how good your are - you have to prepare and show up ready to play. nothing at all wrong with that message.

McCarron was off target early in the Iron Bowl, and his receivers were making a few drops. In the Sugar Bowl, McCarron had two terrible picks and a fumble that turned into 21 points for Oklahoma.
