Technically weed is still a federal crime. States just are going off on their own on the subject.

I wish. Even though some states, like the one I live in, are blatantly ignoring Federal Law, I wish they would have a vote on this to legally leave it up to the states.

Why do people have to go to a casino to bet on sports, why not an off-shore service? You don't have to don't have to go to a casino to place bets, collect $$ or pay up.

and off shore will send you your money without taxes withheld. some state is going to make sure the taxes are taken out at point of payment (looking right at you California and all the other blue states)
