The losses to TAMU and Bama weren't unexpected.
No one on gameday picked Bama other than Saban who said he did it out of loyalty.
It was a 2.5 point line but popular sentiment was all with LSU going in.
Let’s not go with any revisionist history.

The big game hunter/ridiculous contract negotiator AD will be 0 for 2…

You know who's REALLY excited about this?

Now that things have settled the players have all decided they are going to look elsewhere and get out of the toxic environment and it's looking like it could be unprecedented.
This is going to be all over college football, thanks to NIL and the portal.
Get your feelings hurt by a coach..go somewhere else for the money. No program will be immune to it.
It is what it is.

Prior to the transfer portal
It's more than that, as you mentioned the trend is also happening in pro football.
The truth is all evidence shows that coaching like a loud mouth alcoholic retard isn't actually a great way to teach people.

They have to make a coaching change. Mark Stoops is available.

Pro football has its own version of the transfer portal now. Just about all of the upper tier players who demand a trade eventually get one. The team with the contract doesn't want an unmotivated locker room cancer and the team willing to trade for the player doesn't care that he was a locker room problem for the prior team because "he will be happy here."
But yes, the HC in college and pro has to be a motivator who can teach.

I think we are going to need some WRs. Kirby needs to get the shopping list ready.
We are going to need RBs as well, but I know LSU doesn't have any of those we want.

I'm thinking we can get a top tier secondary coach and not even have to pay him

LSU out of the top 25. This has happened 6 times in 24 years. Imagine paying 90 million for that

I hope he touched one of the players so we can fire him for cause.

All that shite they talked about Jimbo's contract only to find themselves in a shitty situation with BK.

LSU is gonna go broke through this. Its a program reboot that could take years to get straightened out.
You know this isn't true. It's going to suck. It already sucks. But LSU isn't going broke.
