As usual an absolute dogfight of a series against Bama. Glad that's over.
Really hope the strong showings against us translate into good form throughout the season so we can see y'all make some noise in the postseason.

I’m not a runs guy when it comes to winning, but low on pitching staff or not we out scored Mizzou 25-3 with 2 of the three won on run rule. That’s Pretty fricking legit. Not bad for small ballers!

You have to get this stigma that small ball means fewer runs out of your head. It does not. It means putting pressure on the defense by always putting the ball in play. Hit and run, stealing bases, hitting the ball behind the runner, on base percentage of slugging. It is the style of baseball I prefer, but it takes a more disciplined, well coached team to pull it off.
I can't stand the bash ball that everyone thinks is so cool these days. Especially with the new rules, small ball is the way to go in my opinion.
