Florida doesn’t even let opposing fans watch games at local establishments

What’s funny is that he is going to be under far more pressure at Florida. Their fan base is angry and a vocal majority don’t want him. UF will not be as patient with another G5 coach from Louisiana. For the first time in as long as I can remember, there is alignment at Auburn and there is an expectation that they can compete for a playoff spot pretty quickly. Freeze was given everything he asked for at Auburn.

UF is more patient than AU.

Napier got 4 years. Harsin had 2 semesters.

Water is wet, and Auburn is dysfunctional.

Already hearing he is being told who to hire. Kodi Burns for example.

You mean his co-OC at USF? Yeah, no HC wants to bring any of their previous staff.

So he went to Florida where the boosters never meddle. Cool story.

I don't blame the guy for feeling like Florida is the bigger opportunity, because, historically, it is. But, acting like our boosters are too much for his poor little heart to handle makes me glad he didn't come here.

It's the SEC bro. We've all got opinionated rich MF who think they own the program. If he thinks he's going to have an easier time with Florida's boosters, I've got news for him.

Why are you posting information from Cohen's minister of propaganda?

Let’s not forget the smear job on Harsin while he and his family were out of town on vacation and the “rumor” of him and a young female staffer having a fling.

The athletic department announced an investigation into why players and staff were leaving the program. The female staffer stuff was all message board and twitter rumors.

I'll admit the athletic department did a terrible job and should have been clear about the investigation and squashed rumors immediately. The AD has been cleaned since.

Sumrall coached at Troy, an hour and a half from Auburn. He knows all about the politics involved.
