Fixed how? Any change makes it LSU/Bama the same every year or LSU/UGA the same every year.

Florida and Georgia in back to back years. If the SEC offices were in Birmingham stuff like this wouldn't happen

As an LSU fan I hate the constant complaining about the schedule. I like the Florida "rivalry". Also, if UT hadn't completely fallen off the SEC map over the last 6 years or so, you wouldn't hear any griping. I blame Tenn., not Bama for the "inequity".
That said, I don't like the permanent opponent set up because it makes cross-division games so infrequent. For instance LSU will only visit UGA, UT, etc once over a 12+ year period (and visa versa) With 14 teams it feels even more like two subconferences instead of one great conf.

I really have nothing against keeping permanent opponents but the scheduling is so jacked up.

To be fair they don't play LSU and UGA or Bama back to back.
The years it sets up to be @ a top 10 UGA and Bama in the last 2 weeks is going to be brutal

I was really hoping LSU would be at Mizzou in '15. I guess I'll just wait around another decade before getting to see them up here.
