OM is a far superior team, LSU is a #2 as well. This is terrible

Far superior, yet they lost two of three to Alabama last weekend and allowed two of our starters to throw complete games against them.

BTW, Alabama has won 5 conference games in a row. Ole Miss has lost five conference games in row. Yes, it matters.

do you think OM is far superior over Tenn? They took 2 of 3 from us in Oxford, or that OM is far superior over UF since we took 2 of 3 from them?

I think Ole Miss has two really good pitchers. Other than that, they aren't what I consider a "superior" team. How can you call a team that goes into the tournament losing 5 straight conference games a superior team to anyone, especially when Alabama is playing better right now.

It doesn't matter where Ole Miss goes or what seed they are, all they know about Omaha is how to spell it. They won't get there again this year.

Omaha - Ole Miss at home again

thats all you need. Thats the only difference between OM and State. We've been without our top power guy for the past two weeks explains our lag in offense.

Yes yall are playing better right now, but we've had a better season, and better potential of doing some damage in regionals and supers. With Pom and Barrett, all OM needs is to get its bats hot again like when we were on our 10 game winning streak, which ended once our power guy (synder) got hurt.

Alabama has a better SOS and RPI. Ole Miss has a better record (by only two games), but I don't see how it would be outrageous to give Alabama a #2 seed over Ole Miss considering the results over the past few weeks, especially if Alabama is able to make a run in Hoover.

thats not why im bitching about a terrible seed. Just because you dont think you have a shot to make it to omaha doesnt mean your season is over. I'd like to make it to another super which would be 5 out of the last 6 years. Teams that have no shot of making the final 4 also care about what seed they get because everyone wants to go as deep in any tourney as possible

This, but again that is one Blogger's opinion. I don't see why all the fuss

because in 1 weekend we went from winning the west and hosting to a #3 seed. That doesnt happen in just 1 weekend, doesnt matter how bad your team is playing.
