State is getting better. They've had a very good recruiting year, for them. Mullen is getting better athletes. They play hard and have given top ranked teams a run for their money.
Ole Miss - When you have to pay your coach $100,000 for each SEC win, then you know you're in trouble. They will be horrible.

Zealot, you obviously don't know a whole lot about coaches. Stans isn't great, but he's a good coach.

Now, Vaught-Hemingway is one stadium that we can totally take over. After losing to LA. Tech, I doubt there will be 30,000 OM fans at the game. Is the whole band going or just the pep band?

Just leave Mullen alone and he will get the job done. Problem is MSU doesn't pay for players like Ole Miss and a lot of other schools in the SEC. Maybe they should. Auburn has proven that you won't get punished if you do.

Lee should be the QB for the rest of the season, followed by Mett. JJ had his chance and blew it. Seniors should be setting the example in a good way, not doing the things he was involved in. Lee is doing everything that is expected of him and more. JJ needs to sit the rest of the year. What a waste of talent.

Rebman, you are an idiot. This is only Mullen's 3rd year and he's created more excitement for MSU than Croom ever did. He's got them to a competitive level in a short time. He's recruiting better as well especially at the skill positions. If he stays there 5-6 years, they will be really good. Thing is, Ole Miss ain't worth shite. They are so far behind MSU right now that you can't compare the two. MSU does own the state and the longer Ole Miss keeps Nutt, it will only get worse.

MSU is going to whip Auburn. Plain and simple. MSU's defensive and offensive line will dominate.

Unfortunately, one of the strengths for MSU's defense is the defensive backfield. We could be at a big disadvantage in the passing game. And, don't tell me about Oregon's defense. They MSU defense will be tougher than them.

The MSU game is going to be one physical, brutal game. I just hope neither team has any serious injuries. We better be ready. I think we win, but this game will be a hell of a lot tougher than W. Virginia.
