I’d say last year was a good season all things considered. We were 15 players under the max roster and it showed both on special teams and longevity down the stretch. Last year reminded me of 2005. He should improve this year with everyone returning on offense.

It was ridiculous and nearly everyone on this forum was saying it.

Attention, to me you must give.
My existence, validate it you must. (As Yoda would say)

Well…. One thing we know for sure. Sam Pittman can’t beat him. Btw, when is the last time Arkansas beat Alabama? It’s been so long, my memory simply can’t remember that far back.
Saban has owned us at Bama, no way around it. I respect him for calling off the dogs a few times.

Saban had no ties before he came to LSU, so what's your point.

He won LSU’s Super Bowl last year, of course y’all are going to constantly suck him off and tell us he’s great and how much y’all love him.

He’s a top shelf coach, but LSU fans can pump the brakes. The man lost like 5 games last year and was very lucky to win the West. Let’s see him win a natty or two before we move him into the elite category. I still have my doubts.

It's mostly just a bunch of opposing fanbases trying to convince themselves that BK is a bad coach because deep down they're worried.
Last year, they were beating the drum really hard that he couldn't recruit in the South.
That one died quickly so they changed to saying he couldn't beat SEC teams and Alabama in particular.
That one has also flown out the window so they've now switched to the muh never won a NY6 bowl or CFP game talking point.
For now.

I know i had questions, a yankee through and through, and while Louisiana culture is wonderful, it is different. It wasn't a guarantee it work despite him being a superb coach. He seems to have adapted nicely though. Will be tremendous over the next 10 yrs at LSU.

This never made sense to me.
The vast majority of LSU's coaches had nothing to do with Louisiana and several have been Yankees.
To fit in, all a coach has to do is win.
Ed O was as Louisiana as they come but it wasn't enough to save him when he stopped winning.

I’m not worried.
I don't doubt this actually.
Aggies seem resigned to the fact that they'll never compete for conference and national titles and are simply content beating LSU or Alabama here and there.
