If JT had been healthy UGA would have crossed that goal line several times. That is the only reason Clemson kept UGA from scoring
more.
If Clemson thinks GT is entertaining you really have lowered your expectations. Georgia could have scored 100 on them if they wanted to. I’m not joking. Georgia could literally have named their score. Tech was that bad. Kirby had bigger fish to fry with a championship game the next week and pulled most of the starters and second string. No need to risk injuries to a thuggish GT team who is known for taking cheap shots

It’s not a bit tough in the ACC. Why else would Clemson have been able to cakewalk into the playoffs

you say that but Clemson's beat some good teams in the playoffs. The LSU and OHio State teams Clemosn lost to had prolific offenses, much better then average for their schools and conferences. With Trevor and ETN, we probably had enough to win at least 1 more title with them in a normal year.

the first year CLemson beat ALabama, they got lucky to beat NC State in Clemson b/c NC State missed 3 FGs , and Pitt did beat Clemson in CLemson and scored 50 points or so. Lville almost beat CLemson in Clemson. Clemson had to win a war at FSU.

Alabama probably had a bigger margin of victory in the SEC than CLemson did in the ACC that season.

The only game that mattered was the NC and Bama blew it. Georgia was stronger and tougher, had superior players and much better backups. And a QB who refused to lose. It was only a matter of time until UGA won the NC. Too much talent, all the resources any school could dream of having and great coaching. Georgia is not going away. And it’s happening just as Saban and Bama are fading. Georgia has been a sleeping giant for decades and now its fully awake. Doubt it? Just sit back and watch.

UGA has always had more resources and a better recruiting location than most schools but it took over 30 years to win a second title. it seems like you would know better than anybody to expect titles, esecially with the heart breaking playoff loss a few years ago, and NIL most likely changing recruiting trends.

I’ve attended UGA games my entire life and I see what Georgia has put together. It doesn’t take an expert to see that Kirby has created a powerhouse that is going to be in the NC conversation every year. Poor Clemson. Stuck in a backward state like SC with a washed up coach, playing in a pitiful excuse of a conference and struggling with the likes of GT. Man. That really sucks!
BTW NIL will be no problem for UGA. Georgia is a wealthy school with loyal fans and boosters. Lots of companies want a part of that.

A washed up coach? He can't be much older than your coach and has twice the national titles.

I don't think anybody who has been to UGA and Clemson would think UGA has more money, or more money that makes a difference foootbal wise.

I'd be surprised if you even attended college but you are trashing SC and Clemson. i see a lot of sidewalk fans turn the college academics into part of the football trash talk.

this doesn't look like struggling against G Tech LINK nobody is blowing out a team every year

I’ve been to Clemson. And Georgia is far richer, is located in a wealthier state, plays in a far superior conference and recruits much better. Dabo has lost a lot of his shine in the last few years. Bama doesn’t even want him anymore. And his reluctance to partake in NIL should be the kiss of death to Clemson. Soon you will be no better than GT and judging from that last game between your schools you are almost there now
And btw those 2 degrees on my wall say The University of Georgia. I went there and graduated as have both side of my family for many years.

If Georgia recruits better, why is Bennet your starter and why all the transfers at QB.

WHy did Dabo get Lawrence and Watson over UGA.

This evened out. No wonder bama lost

The only game close to even was the SECCG. Bama had more starters injured and out, but it was far closer to even than the egregious difference in injuries in the NC game.

It's a good thing Georgia was healthier than they had been in a long time(Kirby's words) and Bama was depleted.

And you kow the answer to this because it has been explained by me on several ocassions.

We were healthier, but we were still missing a ton. We were decimated earlier in the year.

Short answer? HealthIER does not equate healthy.

Just a reminder of the players we were missing:

Adam Anderson (projected 1st rnd draft pick)
Kendall Milton 4* RB
Tykee Smith All American DB
Tate Ratledge starting guard
Dominick Blaylock 5* WR
Jalen Kimber DB
Rian Davis LB
Trezman Marshall LB
Arian Smith fastest WR

George Pickens not anywhere near 100% and was on a play count
Kearis Jackson WR not 100%

Oh, and I have learned your tactics, so don't come at us with "Nuh uh! Soandso wasn't injured!" Look up the game and see if they appeared.

With all the injuries we had it is amazing we were as dominating as we were.

Can you imagine what we could have done if we had been healthier?
