Stephen A. Smith is a complete DA, but he's nailed it on the head about FSU

He stated if Deion was the coach at FSU and had the same exact season, the Seminoles would be in the playoffs!

I know it's a subject most don't like to touch, but based on the current climate of our country, he's 100 correct.

I would like to think the NCAA would rise above that, but judging from its past decisions, there is no doubt they would cave in like a cheap tent.

So he chose the black man over the white man?

NCAA and CFP committee are two different things.

Yup, and you're always wrong if you agree with him.

Maybe they should merge and become the NAACFP. Syracuse would totally get behind this.

Yeah, they would choose the right team for the wrong reason.

He is rarely right, but he is this time. We all saw how the media fawned all over Sanders for the first weeks of the season before reality set in. You try to tell me if he had been the coach of FSU this year that they would have dared to put the old white guys team in instead.

Stephen A. Smith statement is racist and based on status.

The latter knows the former will protest any perceived slight outside of their games though.

He just wants to stay on the AFLAC commercials.

I agree with you 100%! It's sad to think this is what this world has come to, but the reality is Stephen A. Smith hit the nail on the head. It's not about who deserves to go, but it's about who checks the most boxes and Deion checks several boxes!

I wonder if this really happened and Alabama was put out of the playoffs as a result, would the two still do AFLAC commercials together?

Unless he said Michigan should not have been chosen he is still a DA, just trying to make it race biased instead of B1G biased.

Stephen A says a lot of things. He’s a slightly more tolerable Skip Bayless. And I do mean slightly.

Which old white guy? All teams are questionable if Bama is. Why single them out?
