A good friend of mine from Baltimore said Cameron has the deepest playbook in football and always had the coolest wrinkles in preseason games, but when kickoff started it was a shell of the hype. I'm still a skeptic

As much praise as I give Chavis during his time at LSU, a very valid and real criticism is why in the hell our linebackers never pieced it together while he was here. I really thought the Debo-Kwon-Louis-Phillips group was going to take LSU to the next level, but they seemingly never got better.

Saban, Miles, Bret, Mullen and Freeze are all better coaches than Sumlin.
They've either accomplished more in total, or done more with less. Mullen, Bret and Freeze may not have the W's so far, but they'd all do better than Sumlin thus far with aTm's resources. IMO.

A&M would do better with A&M's resources at another school.
We actually have good excuses (although conspiracy laden) for the purpetual "next year" montra, but give any other second-tier progam our resources, without having to live with our neighbors, and the sky is the limit.
