I’ve never heard of Little Rock being pushed as some tourist Mecca. But they are the home of some of the finest doctors in the world and if anyone is having problems that is one of the first places I’d check.
The other places you mentioned are good tourist destinations.

While in Little Rock , mosey on over to Pine Bluff , the least safe
small city in America. Not a lot to do , much of downtown is
boarded up and body armor is expensive ---- but there's an edge and
spirit of excitement in the air walking the streets of Pine Bluff ,
especially at night.
